LRTA Committee

Juliette Lambert
Co-Chair

Juliette leads the LRTA Junior programme, over seeing the Academy and the development of the girls’ game to ensure the quality and quantity of top level players in the future.

Sarah Sullivan
Co-Chair & Treasurer

Sarah has been playing real tennis since 2005, following her husband after he was persuaded to have a go whilst drinking at the local pub.  In 2019 Sarah was co-opted onto the LRTA executive committee and elected Treasurer the same year.

Ali Cryer MBE
Communications

Ali started playing Real Tennis 10 years ago at the RTC with her husband after living in Hampton Court for many years. They recently moved to Hatfield where they are also members of HHTC, and, are country members in Bordeaux. Ali’s love of the game and its community far outweighs her ability. She has been on the RTC board for communications for over a year and was coopted onto the LRTA committee in a similar role in August 2024.

Lis Hughes
Secretary

Lis Hughes found real tennis at Hatfield House about five years and whilst her enthusiasm may currently outweigh her ability the ambition to achieve a sub 70 handicap before she reaches 70 is alive and well! Semi retired and delighted to now have time to support the LRTA in her role as secretary.

Georgie Willis
Graduate Lead

Georgie joined the LRTA Committee as Secretary in 2022, and plays an active role in promoting and maintaining the game among younger female players, particularly university students and recent graduates.
