Katie Leppard
ChairKatie joined the Executive Committee in 2018 and was elected Chairman in 2019. She took up real tennis in Oxford and got hooked almost immediately. She enjoys playing in tournaments around the world and loves the unique camaraderie that real tennis has to offer.
Sarah Sullivan
TreasurerSarah has been playing real tennis since 2005, following her husband after he was persuaded to have a go whilst drinking at the local pub. In 2019 Sarah was co-opted onto the LRTA executive committee and elected Treasurer the same year.
Georgie Willis
Graduate LeadGeorgie joined the LRTA Committee as Secretary in 2022, and plays an active role in promoting and maintaining the game among younger female players, particularly university students and recent graduates.
Lis Hughes
SecretaryLis Hughes found real tennis at Hatfield House about five years and whilst her enthusiasm may currently outweigh her ability the ambition to achieve a sub 70 handicap before she reaches 70 is alive and well! Semi retired and delighted to now have time to support the LRTA in her role as secretary.
Juliette Lambert
Junior DevelopmentJuliette leads the LRTA Junior programme, over seeing the Academy and the development of the girls’ game to ensure the quality and quantity of top level players in the future.
Ali Cryer MBE
CommunicationsAli started playing Real Tennis 10 years ago at the RTC with her husband after living in Hampton Court for many years. They recently moved to Hatfield where they are also members of HHTC, and, are country members in Bordeaux. Ali’s love of the game and its community far outweighs her ability. She has been on the RTC board for communications for over a year and was coopted onto the LRTA committee in a similar role in August 2024.
